Guest fields and photographs are processed in browser memory. The application does not send them to the server or use persistent storage. Saving a local copy is optional; that copy and the PDF contain personal data under your control. Hosting receives the technical requests needed to serve the site, including IP addresses. With your permission, your location is used in the browser to suggest a region. The application does not send or store coordinates; only the region is added to the draft. No advertising analytics or session recording is included.
Terms of use
A tool for preparing draft room rental agreements in Spain. Templates and translations await approval and must not be signed. Tourist accommodation, complex representation and automatic adaptation of historical agreements are outside scope. Downloading does not establish a professional engagement. Individual review is arranged separately with the law firm. Document languages do not change jurisdiction or applicable rules.
